India, Sept. 20 -- As the elections draw closer, politics in Uttarakhand is becoming increasingly interesting. Turmoil prevails within both the ruling BJP and the Congress. The BJP is struggling to decide who should lead the election campaign and what issues to highlight, as the state government has virtually no achievements of its own to showcase; ultimately, all eyes are on Delhi.
