India, Aug. 27 -- Actress Blake Lively has been awarded roughly $400,000 in attorneys' fees and costs stemming from her legal battle with former co-star Justin Baldoni, a fraction of the $8 million she had sought, after a US District Judge ruled on the final outstanding issue in the pair's settled dispute.

US District Judge Lewis J. Liman, sitting in Manhattan, awarded Lively $363,245.40 in attorneys' fees and a further $44,206.35 in costs on Wednesday, well short of the $7.5 million in fees and $540,000 in costs her lawyers had requested. The ruling closed the last remaining thread of a legal war between Lively and Baldoni that had already been resolved through a private settlement in May, with terms of that agreement never disclosed. ...
