The BJP on Wednesday carried out a major organisational reshuffle of its state in-charges and co-in-charges, assigning six leaders responsibilities in two states each.The appointments, announced by BJP National President Nitin Nabin, cover 36 states and Union Territories and take immediate effect.Six leaders have been entrusted with dual state portfolios: Harish Dwivedi has been appointed in-charge of Bihar and Karnataka, Smriti Irani in-charge of Chhattisgarh and Haryana, Satish Poonia in-charge of Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab, Ram Madhav in-charge of Tamil Nadu and Uttarakhand, and Sunil Bansal in-charge of Telangana and West Bengal.
