India, July 31 -- Bitcoin remained under pressure on Friday, July 31, as traders booked profits at the end of the month and institutional investors adjusted their portfolios ahead of a major options expiry. The world's largest cryptocurrency traded near $63,900, down more than 1% over the past 24 hours, despite posting strong gains throughout July.

A combination of ETF outflows, a stronger US dollar, Federal Reserve uncertainty and derivatives market activity weighed on short-term sentiment, while investors closely monitored key support and resistance levels for the next directional move.
