India, Aug. 22 -- Bitcoin Price Today (22 August): Bitcoin has suddenly returned to the centre of the crypto market after a powerful week-long rally pushed the world's largest cryptocurrency above $77,000. The move marks a sharp turnaround for BTC, which had been trading near the $62,000-$66,000 range earlier in the week. Bitcoin gained more than 22% over the week and reached around $79,500 at its peak, putting it on course for its strongest weekly performance in more than three years.
