India, June 10 -- Bill Gates, Microsoft co-founder and billionaire philanthropist, is all set to appear before Congress and answer questions from US lawmakers as authorities continue to review the documents linked to Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender.

The Bill Gates testimony comes as the House Oversight Committee expands its investigation into Epstein's network of powerful contacts and seeks more clarity on the relationships he maintained after his conviction in 2008.
