India, May 1 -- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has landed in a fresh controversy after the Opposition alleged that he arrived in the Assembly in an inebriated state. The Opposition has demanded an immediate alcohol test of the Chief Minister as well as all MLAs during the ongoing session.
This is not the first time Mann has faced such allegations. Several similar claims have surfaced in the past.
