India, July 14 -- Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for one of the biggest milestones of his career as Ramayana prepares to make its debut at San Diego Comic Con. While fans are eagerly waiting for the mythological epic's first global showcase, the actor has grabbed attention for a completely different reason. This time, it has nothing to do with films. Instead, it is another major addition to his growing real estate portfolio.

According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Ranbir has purchased four adjoining land parcels in Pune's Mulshi taluka for a total of Rs 16.42 crore. The transaction was officially registered on April 30, 2026.
