India, Aug. 19 -- Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta's Batwara 1947 has completed five days at the box office with the Partition drama managing to cross the Rs 30 crore mark in India. The film, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan, arrived in theatres during the Independence Day weekend.

The film had a mixed start on Friday but benefited from the weekend, particularly Saturday, when its collections saw a significant jump.
