India, Aug. 24 -- Bank customers need to schedule their visit to the bank branches wisely for the coming week since some areas of India will be observing holidays from August 24 to August 30, 2026. The banks will close down operations on four days this week, but the holidays are not necessarily observed throughout the country and this is because the holiday calendar of the Reserve Bank of India is based on regional and local celebrations.
