India, Aug. 22 -- Doctor Doom finally started talking in Avengers: Doomsday and well, he has clearly not come to make friends with Earth's heroes. In the latest trailer, Doom delivers a chilling message to the assembled heroes: "All of you have lived stolen lives. But now you must give them back."

Sounds dramatic, right? But there is actually a lot packed into those few words.

The MCU has spent years playing around with time travel, alternate realities, resurrections and characters escaping the fate they were seemingly destined to face. So, when Doom calls their lives "stolen," he could be pointing at several events that fans have already watched unfold.
