India, Sept. 12 -- Metro Atlanta and much of north and central Georgia remain under a flood watch as a persistently wet weather pattern continues to bring repeated rounds of heavy rain, with forecasters warning that saturated ground and slow-moving storms could trigger further flash flooding into the weekend.
