India, Sept. 28 -- India produced a memorable double podium in the men's javelin throw at the Asian Games 2026, with Yashvir Singh winning silver and Rohit Yadav claiming bronze in Aichi-Nagoya on Monday. Yashvir delivered a personal-best effort of 85.72m with his sixth and final attempt, while Rohit secured third place with 84.35m.

Sri Lanka's Rumesh Pathirage completed the podium-topping performance, winning gold with a competition-leading 88.55m throw.
