India, Sept. 28 -- Asian Games 2026 Medal Tally Live Updates: India's medal campaign at the Asian Games 2026 in Aichi-Nagoya picked up further pace on September 28 as the country added multiple podium finishes across shooting, kurash, boxing and athletics. Gulveer Singh won silver in the men's 1500m, while Vithya Ramraj secured bronze in the women's 400m hurdles, giving India two more athletics medals on a busy Day 10.

India had started September 28 with 37 medals, including four gold, 16 silver and 17 bronze. Esha Singh's silver in the women's 25m pistol and Pincky Balhara's bronze in women's -78kg kurash subsequently pushed the tally to 39 before Vithya's podium finish took India beyond the 40-medal mark.
