India, Sept. 19 -- India's men's cricket team has run into a minor kit issue ahead of its Asian Games 2026 campaign in Japan, with some players still waiting for official apparel in the correct sizes. Most of the sizing problems have already been addressed, although a few players are yet to receive their replacement kits.

The issue has resulted in multiple rounds of communication between the BCCI and JSW Inspire as officials work to ensure the remaining players receive their correct apparel before the team's departure. According to PTI, the majority of the errors have now been rectified. The Indian team is scheduled to leave New Delhi in the early hours of Sunday as it prepares to travel to Nagoya for its Asian Games campaign.
