India, Aug. 29 -- Arsenal Football Club has officially completed the permanent signing of Gibraltar international winger James Scanlon from Manchester United Football Club on Saturday. The 19-year-old attacking midfielder has put pen to paper on a two-year professional contract that will keep him in North London until the summer of 2028. After progressing through the youth ranks at Old Trafford and representing his country at senior international level, Scanlon has been handed the number 63 shirt as Arsenal continues to add promising young talent to their development squad.
