NEW DELHI - August 15, 2026. Speaking at O P Jindal Global University Argentine Ambassador to India Mariano Caucino stated that "Argentina can contribute decisively to India's development goal of becoming a fully developed nation by 2047".

Invited as chief guest during Independence Day celebrations by Jindal University the envoy assured that a high degree of complementarities link India and South American nations, "among them Argentina has already consolidated itself as India's largest provider in terms of edible oils".
