Now, wedding reception invitations delivered to prominent political leaders have brought fresh attention to the couple's reported wedding plans.

The Telangana Chief Minister's Office confirmed that Kavya's parents, Sun Group chairman Kalanithi Maran and Kavery Maran, invited Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to the Chennai reception scheduled for November 21, 2026.
