India, Sept. 28 -- UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has mounted a sustained political campaign to prioritise social care reform, arguing that failure to integrate care systems will render the National Health Service operationally unsustainable. Speaking to the BBC, Burnham stated: "The NHS will never get back to good waiting time standards until we fix social care.
