India, Oct. 23 -- Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana was involved in a serious car accident in Turkey on Thursday, October 22, while returning home with his family after Trabzonspor's UEFA Conference League match against Hearts. The 30-year-old Cameroon international was reportedly taken to hospital for medical checks following the multi-vehicle collision.

Onana and his family escaped without serious injuries, according to reports. Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan also reassured supporters about the goalkeeper's condition, confirming that he was doing well after the frightening incident.
