India, June 10 -- Janhvi Kapoor is choosing to focus on upcoming opportunities instead of the backlash surrounding her latest release Peddi. As per the reports, the actress is currently in talks with the director of Tumbbad, Rahi Anil Barve, for a high-concept creature horror film. The project marks a new addition to the genres Janhvi has explored on the big screen yet.

According to a source quoted by Pinkvilla, "Janhvi Kapoor is currently reading scripts and discussing potential projects for her next feature film. She has shown keen interest in the creature horror film to be directed by Rahi Anil Barve. The prep work is already underway, and the makers are hoping to begin production later this year."
