India, July 8 -- Alia Bhatt's Alpha is holding its ground at the box office. After witnessing a dip on its first Monday, the Yash Raj Films spy thriller managed to bounce back on Day 5 with a slight jump in collections.

According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 4.25 crore net in India on its first Tuesday. This new addition took the total India net collection to Rs 42.10 crore. The film was screened across 7,173 shows on Day 5 and recorded an overall occupancy of 19 percent.

Alpha Box Office Collection Day 5: A Positive Jump

Alpha had collected Rs 3.85 crore on its first Monday. This makes Tuesday's Rs 4.25 crore collection a small but positive jump. With this, the film's India gross collection now stands at Rs 50.23 crore.
