India, May 26 -- After massive controversy around the NEET exam leak, the SSC GD Constable Recruitment Exam 2026 is under scrutiny after the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (UP STF) exposed an alleged cheating and paper-leak racket linked to the examination. This news has created panic among lakhs of candidates who had been appearing and are set to appear for government job exams across the country.

According to officials, UP STF has arrested some people who allegedly charged candidates around Rs.4 lakh to help them clear the SSC GD exam. During the secret operation in Greater Noida, the STF has also recovered around Rs.50 lakh in cash along with laptops, mobile phones, and important documents related to the recruitment examination.
