India, Sept. 26 -- Abhay Singh will take on Pakistan's Muhammad Ashab Irfan in the men's singles semifinal at the Asian Games 2026 on Saturday at the at the Nagoya Kinjo Futo Arena as India look to add another squash medal in Aichi-Nagoya.

Abhay has already assured India of a medal by reaching the last four. The Indian defeated Japan's Ryunosuke Tsukue 11-4, 11-3, 11-6 in the quarterfinals, producing a straight-games victory in front of the home crowd.

Irfan, meanwhile, booked his place in the semifinal after ending Veer Chotrani's campaign. The Pakistani came from behind to beat Chotrani 6-11, 11-8, 11-3, 11-3 in the quarterfinal and set up a meeting with Abhay.
