India, Aug. 9 -- 8th Pay Commission Latest News: Central government school teachers have submitted a fresh set of demands to the 8th Pay Commission, covering pension, retirement age, leave, promotions and healthcare benefits. The demands were raised by a central government school teachers' organisation under the All India NPS Employees' Federation (AINPSEF) during a meeting with the commission in New Delhi on August 7. The delegation included representatives associated with Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas, Delhi government schools, Delhi MCD and NDMC schools, along with schools in Union Territories.
