India, Aug. 14 -- Kartik Aaryan is set to celebrate India's 80th Independence Day at one of the country's most prestigious gatherings. The Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 actor has been invited by President Droupadi Murmu to attend the At Home Reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on August 15.

The invitation comes shortly after Kartik's major achievement at the 72nd National Film Awards, where he was honoured with the Best Actor award for his performance in Kabir Khan's Chandu Champion.
