India, June 4 -- After receiving warm reviews in theatres, 29 is now preparing for its digital debut. The film, directed by Rathna Kumar, first hit cinemas on May 8 and gradually built momentum through positive word-of-mouth, particularly among younger viewers who connected deeply with its themes of confusion, adulthood and emotional uncertainty.

Now, less than a month after its theatrical release, the makers have officially confirmed that the film will begin streaming on Netflix from June 5.
