India, April 2 -- Oracle Corporation has carried out global workforce reductions, affecting around 30,000 employees worldwide, including approximately 12,000 employees in India. The information was communicated internally through an official message stating that structural adjustments within the organisation had created a need for operational consolidation. As part of the restructuring process, several roles were deemed redundant, leading the company to initiate large-scale layoffs.
