India, April 2 -- The cricket regulator has officially finished its probe into the offline behaviour of England's biggest stars and has given formal caution notices to white-ball captain Harry Brook and the all-rounder Jacob Bethell. The disciplinary measures are a result of a debatable night out in Wellington last October, just a few hours before a One Day International (ODI) match against New Zealand. 

The event, in which Brook was hit by a nightclub bouncer, has reopened a very heated discussion about the team's internal culture.
