India, May 31 -- Industrialist Harsh Goenka has triggered a fresh debate on civic behaviour after recalling an incident at a hotel in Gstaad, Switzerland, where he reportedly saw a notice outlining special guidelines specifically for guests from India. While sharing his experience on X, the Industrialist said he was "appalled" that such instruction had to be issued separately. The notice, displayed at Hotel Arc-en-ciel, reportedly asked Indian visitors not to take food from the breakfast buffet, and to use only designated cutlery, maintain silence in corridors and balconies, and be considerate of other guests. It also clarified that buffet food was meant only for breakfast and that takeaway lunch bags could be purchased separately.
