India, Sept. 20 -- The transfer rivalry between FC Barcelona and Atletico Madrid has flared up once again. Barcelona president Joan Laporta has publicly targeted Atletico Madrid and their chief executive Miguel Angel Gil Marin following the Catalan club's failed pursuit of Julian Alvarez.
