New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- PVR INOX, India's largest and most premium multiplex chain, through its distribution arm PVR INOX Pictures, is bringing Doraemon to the Indian big screen for the first time with Doraemon the Movie: New Nobita and theCastle of the Undersea Devil. Releasing across cinemas on October 2, 2026, the film will be presented in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, with select screenings in 4DX.
A favourite across generations, Doraemon now makes his theatrical debut in India with an adventure that takes him, Nobita, Shizuka, Gian and Suneo far below the ocean. What begins as an underwater camping trip soon leads the friends to a sunken ship, a mysterious young Sea Dweller named El and the hidden undersea civilisation of the Mu Federation....
