Jammu, April 9 -- The statement made by the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (North West Region) that people should take pride in paying taxes, as the gesture will support in realizing national development and infrastructure is of great importance. The more citizens understand this reality, the greater will be the tempo of developmental transformation in the country, enabling it to surmount new heights of progress. Reportedly, the officer was speaking to media on the sidelines of a stakeholder interaction held at Srinagar. The event was part of IT Department's "Special Grievance Redressal Week" across J&K.
