Srinagar, June 5 -- The Pencak Silat Association of Jammu and Kashmir has announced selection trials and screening for the formation of J&K UT teams for the forthcoming 14th Pre-Teen, Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior National Pencak Silat Championships 2026-27, scheduled to be held in Nashik, Maharashtra, and Shillong, Meghalaya.
According to the Association, the selection trials for Singa, Macan, Pre-Teen, Sub-Junior, Junior (Boys and Girls), and Senior (Men and Women) categories will be conducted from June 9 to 10 at the Sher-i-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex (SKISC), Srinagar. The screening of selected athletes will take place on June 11 at the same venue.
