PDP-BJP Alliance Exposed In RS polls, Alleges NC
SRINAGAR, April 28 -- The ruling National Conference on Tuesday said the opposition PDP's failure to appoint a chief agent for last year's Rajya Sabha polls for four Jammu and Kashmir seats exposed the tacit alliance between the regional party and the BJP.
"RTI reveals that the only political party in Jammu and Kashmir that did not appoint a chief agent to monitor the vote in the recently held J&K Rajya Sabha elections was the PDP. In the final results, it was therefore no surprise that the BJP secured the Rajya Sabha seat, despite not having the authorised (sic) numbers to do so," the National Conference (NC) posted on its X handle.
