New Delhi, May 17 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested another key accused from Pune in connection with the NEET paper leak case.

The accused, Manisha Mandhare, is a Botany teacher at a college in Pune and was appointed as an expert in the examination process by the National Testing Agency, according to officials.

Earlier, another accused, Manisha Waghmare, was arrested in Pune on May 14.

Both accused were produced before a local court in Pune and subsequently taken to Delhi for further investigation.

Meanwhile, the CBI also carried out searches at six locations across the country as part of its ongoing probe into the case.
