Leh, Aug. 25 -- Police have registered an FIR against a senior National Conference (NC) leader over his alleged "derogatory and provocative" remarks against the BJP in Drass district of Ladakh a few days ago, officials said on Monday.
The complainant, BJP district president, Drass Fayaz Ahmed Qari, alleged that NC territorial vice president Ghulam Rasool Nagvi described the BJP as a "religion" and referred to its workers as "Yazidi qaum" during the August 21 press conference.
