Srinagar, Aug. 30 -- Reiterating that the true measure of success lies in improved lives, Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha on Saturday said that he envisions a future, where healthcare remains accessible to all.
Speaking at the 3rd edition of the CII Jammu & Kashmir Health Conclave here, LG Sinha, according to the news agency said, "True measure of success lies in improved lives. I envision a future where families in Kupwara need not travel hours for routine care, workers in Rajouri are free from financial fear and medical graduates can build their careers within the Union Territory of Jammu Kashmir."
