Jammu Tawi, Aug. 13 -- Jammu and Kashmir had four registered Software Technology Park (STP) units in each of the last three financial years, with exports through these units rising from Rs 15.14 crore in 2023-24 to Rs 19.55 crore in 2025-26, the Centre informed the Lok Sabha.
The information was provided by Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw in reply to Starred Question No. 344, raised by Shri B K Parthasarathi, regarding the Software Technology Parks Scheme.
According to the State/UT-wise data, Jammu and Kashmir had four STP units in 2023-24, four in 2024-25 and four in 2025-26.
