JAMMU, Sept. 12 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the regular promotion of five Incharge Executive Engineers (Degree Holders) as Executive Engineers in the Jal Shakti Department, following recommendations of the J&K Public Service Commission.
The promotions are part of the department's administrative exercise to fill regular positions and streamline its engineering cadre.
