New Delhi, Aug 28: India's telecom sector continued its steady expansion in July 2026, with the country's total telephone subscriber base rising by 6.20 million to 1,354.28 million, while broadband subscriptions climbed to 1,094.48 million, according to the latest data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
