Jammu, July 8 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday ordered the transfer and posting of 23 doctors, including the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Jammu, Medical Superintendents, Deputy Medical Superintendents and Block Medical Officers (BMOs), across the Union Territory with immediate effect.
According to the orders, Dr Harbaksh Singh has been transferred from the post of Chief Medical Officer, Jammu, and posted as In-charge Deputy Director (Headquarters), Directorate of Health Services, Jammu. Dr Narinder Bhutyal, who was serving as In-charge Deputy Medical Superintendent of Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar, has been appointed as the new In-charge CMO, Jammu.
