JAMMU, April 16 -- The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has revised and de-notified certain services, timelines and designated authorities under the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA), 2011, in a move aimed at streamlining public service delivery.
The changes are intended to improve efficiency and ensure timely access to services for citizens by redefining responsibilities and updating service timelines.
Officials said the revision includes rationalization of notified services and adjustments in designated authorities to better align with administrative requirements and evolving governance needs.
