India, Oct. 24 -- The preparations for the celebrations of Accession Day in the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir have gathered pace, with programmes planned at administrative and political levels to mark the historic occasion on October 26.
The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) unit of J&K will organise different programmes at its headquarters in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, as well as in all the 20 districts of J&K.
Lieutenant Governor (LG), Manoj Sinha, will also participate in the programmes scheduled to mark the occasion. Many senior central BJP leaders are expected to join the celebrations.
