Jammu, June 30 -- Police on Tuesday arrested an alleged overground worker (OGW) in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district for reportedly facilitating the infiltration of Pakistan-based terrorists across the International Border over several years.
The accused, identified as Haji Mohammad Lateef, a resident of Kathua, was arrested following a specific intelligence-led operation, officials said.
According to the police, Lateef acted as a key facilitator for Pakistan-based terror handlers and allegedly played a crucial role in assisting the infiltration of more than a dozen terrorists into Indian territory.
