India, Oct. 7 -- The Indian Army on Wednesday repatriated a detained girl from Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (POJK) through the Chakkan-da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch district after completion of all legal formalities.Book Local Tours

Official sources said the girl, identified as Samiya Azeem, a resident of Bains Gala, Seri, in Tehsil Khuiretta of Kotli district, was apprehended by the Army in the Lam Sector on October 2.

She was repatriated this morning through the Chakkan-Da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch following the completion of the required legal procedures.

The Army facilitated her return through the designated crossing point after completing necessary formalities, the sources said.
