Jammu, June 10 -- The Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi reviewed the security situation and operational preparedness during his two-day visit to the Udhampur-based Northern Command.

Officials here on Wednesday said that General Upendra Dwivedi visited the Northern Command and reviewed its operational preparedness, capability development and modernisation initiatives.

He was briefed on the conduct of Multi-Domain Operations, Tech Absorption, infrastructure development and integrated combat readiness across the full spectrum of operations.
