India, Sept. 22 -- Three rusted landmines were recovered and safely destroyed by the Army in the Mendhar sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, officials said.Read Political News

The mines were found by Army personnel while carrying out work in the Phagwari Gali area near the border village of Dharana Basoni, the officials said.

Following the recovery, a bomb disposal team of the Army was called in and the explosive devices were safely destroyed without causing any damage to life or property.
