Srinagar, June 19 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Wednesday chaired a high-level meeting of Administrative Secretaries to review the status of Recruitment Rules (RRs) across departments and assess progress in conducting Departmental Promotion Committees (DPCs) for government employees.
The Chief Secretary undertook a department-wise review of Recruitment Rules for both Gazetted and Subordinate Services and stressed the need for their timely revision in line with evolving administrative requirements and technological advancements.
