JAMMU, July 30 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch Jammu has filed a chargesheet against two accused in a Rs.7.20 lakh bank loan fraud case before the Court of City Judge Jammu, officials said on Thursday.
The chargesheet was filed in connection with FIR No. 05/2024 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B RPC at Police Station Crime Branch EOW Jammu.
The case was registered on a complaint by Sushil Kumar, Branch Manager, State Bank of India (SBI), Agriculture Development Branch, Jammu, against Kulbir Singh, proprietor of M/s K.K. Motors, Abdul Hamid and others.
